2. Service Engagement

- Any required advance payment has been received.
- Both parties have agreed on the scope of work.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project requirements.
- Supply necessary content, credentials, and materials in a timely manner.
- Review and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure that all provided content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
Delays in providing required information may impact project timelines.
4. Payments
All payments must be made according to the agreed proposal, quotation, invoice, or contract.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
- Remaining payments shall be due according to the agreed milestones.
- Final project files, credentials, or ownership transfer may be withheld until full payment is received.
Zelevation reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
5. Project Timelines
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith based on available project information.
Project timelines may be affected by:
- Scope changes
- Delayed client feedback
- Delayed content submission
- Technical limitations beyond our control
- Third-party service interruptions
Zelevation shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
6. Revisions and Modifications
Unless otherwise specified in a proposal or agreement:
- Reasonable revisions related to the original scope may be provided.
- Major changes or additional features requested after project approval may incur additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment:
- The client shall own the final deliverables specifically created for the project.
- Zelevation retains ownership of its proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property.
Any third-party software, plugins, themes, licenses, or services remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
8. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Zelevation reserves the right to showcase completed projects, designs, and work samples in its portfolio, marketing materials, case studies, and promotional content.
Confidential information will not be disclosed without authorization.
9. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party services such as:
- Hosting providers
- Payment gateways
- APIs
- Software platforms
- Plugins and extensions
Zelevation is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, policy changes, or technical issues arising from third-party providers.
10. Website Security and Maintenance
While Zelevation follows industry-standard development practices, we do not guarantee that websites, applications, or digital assets will remain completely free from security vulnerabilities, cyberattacks, or third-party breaches.
Ongoing maintenance and security services may require separate agreements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelevation shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Third-party failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service engagement by providing written notice.
Any work completed up to the termination date shall remain payable.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Prohibited Use
Users may not use our website or services to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Distribute malicious software
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Conduct unauthorized access attempts or cyberattacks
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
