2. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a project by contacting us in writing via email.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of the project at the time the request is received.
Before Work Commences
If a cancellation request is received before any project work has commenced, Zelevation may issue a refund after deducting any applicable administrative, payment processing, or transaction fees.
After Work Has Commenced
Once project planning, consultation, research, design, development, strategy creation, campaign setup, or any billable work has begun, payments made are generally non-refundable.
This is because resources, time, and professional effort are allocated specifically to the project from the moment work begins.
3. Advance Payments
Advance payments are used to reserve project schedules, allocate resources, initiate planning, and begin project execution.
Therefore, advance payments become non-refundable once work on the project has commenced.
4. Milestone-Based Projects
For projects executed in phases or milestones:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Approved work and delivered milestones remain payable.
- Future milestones that have not yet been started may be cancelled by mutual agreement.
5. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
For SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, Content Marketing, and related services:
- Fees for services already performed are non-refundable.
- Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other advertising networks cannot be refunded by Zelevation.
- Zelevation does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions, or business outcomes.
6. Consulting Services
Consultation sessions, strategy calls, technical reviews, audits, planning sessions, and advisory services are non-refundable once the session has been conducted or scheduled.
7. Client Delays and Inactivity
If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, credentials, information, or feedback within a reasonable timeframe:
- Project timelines may be extended.
- No refund shall be provided for work already completed.
- Zelevation reserves the right to place the project on hold until the required information is received.
8. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments made accidentally.
- Incorrect billing due to a processing error.
- Services that cannot be delivered solely due to an error attributable to Zelevation.
All refund decisions shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remain at the sole discretion of Zelevation.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
- Applicable transaction charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, or administrative costs may be deducted where legally permitted.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Zelevation directly to resolve any billing or service-related concerns.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after services have been delivered may result in service suspension and recovery of outstanding dues through appropriate legal channels.
11. Policy Updates
Zelevation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
